The ritual

1. Moisturise - Massage the Shinrin-Yoku All Over Oil into clean, slightly damp skin after bathing. Use across the body, apply a small amount to the face, or smooth the remaining oil through the ends of the hair.

2. Scent - Light the Shinrin-Yoku candle to create a warm, grounding atmosphere.

3. Settle - At the end of your evening and with the candle blown out, shake the Nerumae Sleep Spray gently, then mist two to three times above the bed. Allow the spray to settle onto the linens before lying down.
